The Jungle Book - Auditions

auditions for the next Broadway Adventure show are less than a week away! This production will be a KIDS Broadway Adventure, and roles are open for actors as young as kindergarten through age 15.

This is being produced by the City of Danville Parks, Recreation & Tourism, along with DMR Adventures. We are very excited to be working with our new partners: the Science Center, and Arts & Humanities. We look forward to producing our show in a non-traditional space (the Community Market) and introducing kids (and adults) to the characters/animals and environment of the Jungle Book through drama, music and science.

We would all appreciate you forwarding this email/flyer to anyone who may be interested in auditioning, volunteering for, or sponsoring our show! We were thrilled to have so much community support with our past productions and hope we can count on you to spread the word and support the Broadway Adventure programs.

Please note that audition appointments are highly recommended and can be made by calling 434-791-4091. Auditions will take place Monday, September 28th from 5:30-7:45 at Squire Recreation Center. Rehearsals will take place Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30-7:30 and the performances will be Dec. 17th-20th.

Thank you!
